I’ve been watching a lot of Bon Appetit videos on YouTube, especially ‘It’s Alive’ with Brad Leone. So naturally, I’ve been into fermenting food at home – I also made a starter the other day so I can finally make my own sourdough bread.
Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I work as the Design & Production Assistant for Incu Collection. I’ve always appreciated art and music. I studied at QUT where I began developing my knowledge in design with a degree in Fine Arts. I moved to New York after that and gained work experience on a global scale; I was exposed to brands like Proenza Schouler, The Row and Rosie Assoulin. Prior to joining Incu, I worked in the design team at Zimmermann and over to sales at Lee Mathews, but I really couldn’t be happier to work for this team today and be part of such a collaborative and supportive community – these are my people.

What's your WFH situation?
I have a built-in desk along the hallway in my apartment, so I’ve set this area up as my WFH office. I also have my little intern around, her name’s Gigi. She’s no help though – she just snacks and sleeps all day (like most cats).
How are you staying sane?
Staying in is so important right now, I honestly don’t leave the house unless I have to run to the supermarket. On weekends, I generally catch up with family and friends over the phone. I’ve also weirdly gotten into making beats using Garage Band (lol) and set myself a challenge to start reading old music sheets from when I played instruments. It’s not often the world slows down the way it has in the last couple of months, so I’m definitely using this time to recuperate and rediscover old hobbies.
