Senior Merchandise Planner - Full Time, Rosebery NSW

The Incu team is growing and we are searching for a dynamic Senior Merchandise Planner to join our head office in Sydney. In collaboration with the Buying team this individual will plan and develop merchandise strategies that complement our local and international brand edit. We are looking for a candidate who is a strong analytical thinker and is able to understand our target customer and their needs through analysis, competitor activity, the retail environment and market research. We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, detail-oriented and highly skilled at managing overlapping projects, keeping track of deadlines, and efficiently using their time.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that align with company’s objectives
- Set seasonal brand budgets within your department and work closely with buying team at each stage of the planning process
- Present seasonal sales budget to executive team
- Develop range plans for top brands to support the buying process
- Manage core repeatable line business
- Trade the department on a weekly basis looking at deliveries, performance of stock and make relevant actions
- Suggest and develop new ways of working within the current structure to improve in season trading and reporting
- Identify risks and opportunities and work with a cross functional team to develop strategies that optimise the business
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in merchandise planning, OTB management and ROI principles
- MSSI Management
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Data driven decision making skills
- Ability to collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices, and develop systems knowledge

Requirements:
- 5+ years proven experience in a retail planning role
- Experience with AP21, TRS desirable but not essential
- Experience managing cross departmental MSSI or WSSI
- Experience working in a fast paced, multi-channel, multi-brand environment
- Strong analytical skills 

Ecommerce Specialist - Full-time, Rosebery NSW

The role of the eCommerce Trade Specialist is to support the eCommerce Manager in driving trade across the eCommerce business, achieving budget and ensuring YoY growth is delivered across all digital channels. The Trade Specialist oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, communicating shoot and enrichment priorities, to ensure product is available for purchase online, within expected timelines. The eCommerce Trade Specialist plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience to all Incu customers.

- Supports eCommerce Manager in driving trade across the eCommerce Business to achieve all financial KPI’s. 
- Manages reporting of online sales performance and provides anecdotal feedback and insights, for action in weekly trade meetings, uses Google Analytics, datastudio, and TRS systems to gather data
- Manages day to day performance of the online store, including launch of all sales & promotions, creates collections and landing pages to support marketing calendar and events
- Oversees end to end lifecycle of product on site, responsible for coordination of upload and enrichment of all saleable products online – with support of eCommerce Assistant, to ensure KPI’s are met. Product is redirected and disabled at end of season to ensure clean product catalogue is maintained.

- 3 + Years experience in an ecommerce role preferred

Warehouse Supervisor - Full Time, Rosebery NSW

To effectively manage the warehouse floor in regards to all stock and freight movements and implement improvements within the warehousing environment. Manage warehouse staff to optimise productivity and output, inventory control, warehouse space management and day to day warehouse operations.

- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organising, directing and training warehouse employees
- Ensure all store orders and customer orders are dispatched accurately and in full and on time
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day to day operational issues
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring established WHS practices are followed
- Recruit and train new warehouse staff to ensure all processes are followed correctly
- Create weekly rosters for warehouse team according to budgets and workload
- Ensure warehouse stock and pallets are safely secured and forklift equipment is serviced regularly
- Ensure warehouse is organised, clean and goods are stored efficiently
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is accounted for correctly

The Store Manager needs to help develop and motivate a team, whilst ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and procedures.

Working as part of an enthusiastic team, the role of Store Manager is to deliver high quality customer service and outstanding product knowledge. 
The Store Manager is responsible overall for every aspect of general shop maintenance and stock merchandising while promoting and enhancing the positive image and culture of Rag and Bone 

2 + YEARS experience in a designer fashion environment preferred. 

Assistant Store Manager - Rag & Bone, Chatswood (Opening in March)

Reporting in the first instance to your Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for helping the Store Manager maintain the day-to-day operation of the store, as well as setting customer service standards and launching initiatives to hit sales targets. Assistant Managers needs to help develop and motivate a team, whilst ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and procedures.

The Assistant Manager is the main support for the Store Manager and needs to take on all the responsibilities in their absence.
