eCommerce Content & Shoot Coordinator - Head Office, Rosebery

The role of the eCommerce Shoot and Content Coordinator is to support the eCommerce team in the planning and execution of weekly eCommerce/marketing shoots – and all contributing tasks.

The Shoot & Content Coordinator is involved in the briefing and concepting of ideas, is responsible for creating and publishing digital content to the Incu website, and supplies all assets for paid marketing channels, and eDM automation – ensuring consistent and aligned messaging across the business.

The Shoot & Content Coordinator plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience, and brand story to all Incu.com customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Content

- Responsible for all site content changes including but not limited to; home page, campaign, men’s and women’s designer, brand pages, navigation items etc. Ensuring content is fresh, relevant and in accordance with ecommerce and marketing timelines.

- Maintains digital content calendar to assist in planning and execution of product and brand launches.

- Involved in concepting and briefing for future campaign plans and brand releases.

- Involved in weekly product meetings to discuss deliveries, upcoming events, styling and product performance.

- Conducts regular site QC checks – product descriptions match, images are correct.

Shoot Preparation & Post

- Work closely with the Marketing and eCom teams to coordinate the planning and execution of weekly eCommerce and Marketing Shoots;

o Monitoring timelines, stock deliveries and key launch dates.

o Managing transfers between warehouse, stores and studio.

o Checking off product arrivals and prepping product for shooting – steaming, tagging, monitoring stock status etc.

o Co-ordinate all shoot related bookings; stylist pulls, hmu bookings etc.

o Management of weekly call sheet with all creative stakeholders.

o Provides support to photographer and stylists on shoots as required.

o Assists with bump out of studio, and general clean up.

- Makes image selects post shoot and supplies to re-toucher, co-ordinates image returns within expected timelines.

- Uploads images to Shopify products.

- Maintain the eCommerce shoot sheet with image retouching status and live dates.

- Responsible for maintaining and improving eCommerce photography guidelines and distributes to all relevant parties - external re-toucher, photographer etc.

Digital Marketing

- Creates digital assets for Paid channels, based on forward planning of content calendar and alignment with marketing.

- Creates digital assets for eDM automation campaigns, as required.

- Creates digital assets for all external eCom related agencies for promotional and brand supporting events, as required.

- Support eCommerce Coordinator as required, including - product creation, or VM to meet critical deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous experience within a digital marketing/ecommerce setting.
- Experience using CS programs.
- CMS experience with Shopify platform, or similar.
- Klaviyo experience will be highly regarded.
- Highly organised, with experience managing a content calendar.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, to operate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive, passion and an enthusiasm for fashion eCommerce/retail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to convey ideas and concepts effectively.
- Previous experience with photoshoot processes a bonus.

Store Manager - Incu, Paddington Womens

Reporting in the first instance to your State Manager, Store Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the store, as well as setting customer service standards, and launching initiatives to hit sales targets. Store Managers need to develop and motivate a team, whilst ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and procedures.

Working as part of an enthusiastic team, the role of a Store Manager is to deliver high quality customer service and outstanding product knowledge. The Store Manager is responsible overall for every aspect of general shop maintenance and stock merchandising while promoting and enhancing the positive image and culture of Incu.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous management experience is essential.
- Full time role.

Assistant Manager - Incu, Paddington Womens

The Assistant Manager is the main support for the Store Manager and needs to take on all the responsibilities in their absence.

Working as part of an enthusiastic team, the role of a Assistant Manager is to deliver high quality customer service and outstanding product knowledge.

The Assistant Manager is responsible overall for every aspect of general shop maintenance and stock merchandising while promoting and enhancing the positive image and culture of Incu.

Knowledge and Experience:

The Assistant Manager is the main support for the Store Manager and needs to take on all the responsibilities in their absence.
