Full Time Designer - Rosebery, NSW

We are looking for a talented and creative Designer (Women’s focus) with design & product development experience to join our team. The role is full time with a strong focus on womenswear.

Responsibilities
- Develop Creative briefs with the Creative Manager for each season.
- Lead the Design, Research and Sampling of Women’s and Men’s monthly ranges, with a strong focus on Womenswear experience preferred.
- Price and prepare collections for handover to buying team.
- Conduct all sample and production fittings.
- Prepare collections for production handover.
- Research trends and future growth categories.
- Present colour palette, print and fabrication mood boards.

Core Requirements:

- 3+ year’s experience in apparel product development.
- Fashion Design or Technical QualificationAdobe Illustrator – proficiency in creating tech pack. 
- Technical understanding of garment construction and textiles, including size grading and QC techniques.

Full Time CRM Specialist - Rosebery, NSW

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the CRM Specialist will be responsible for driving Incu’s CRM and customer lifecycle strategies This role will define and deliver a targeted lifecycle communications strategy to onboard new customers, drive engagement, prevent churn and re-engage across different segments. The candidate will bring with them an in depth understanding of CRM and lifecycle strategy but is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Experience with a CDP is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver all lifecycle and CRM campaigns to meet key marketing & business objectives. 
- Define customer lifecycle segments and build on our segmentation strategy to retain and grow customer engagement and spend.
- Monitor and implement strategies to grow, and improve the health & performance of the customer database.
- Collaborate across departments and deliver key insights to the wider Incu business.
- Manage ongoing testing, analysis, reporting and optimisation. 

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with CRM software, preferably Klaviyo.
- Strong digital analytics skills and experience with data analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with a CDP is advantageous.
- Fashion retail or FMCG experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Brings positivity and a can-do attitude.

Full Time Store Manager - Galeries Woman Designer, NSW

Reporting in the first instance to the State Operations Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the store, as well as setting customer service standards and launching initiatives to hit sales targets. The Store Manager needs to help develop and motivate a team, whilst ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and procedures.

The Assistant Manager is the main support for the Store Manager and needs to take on all the responsibilities in their absence.

Working as part of a small enthusiastic team, the role of Store Manager is to deliver high quality customer service and outstanding product knowledge. The Store Manager is responsible overall for every aspect of general shop maintenance and stock merchandising while promoting and enhancing the positive image and culture of A.P.C.
