Australia Post Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates
For guaranteed Australia Post domestic standard Christmas delivery, please place your online order by midnight, Wednesday 17th December. For Express Post delivery, place your order by midnight, Thursday 18th December.
Please note: Delivery timeframes differ for items sent to or from Perth, Darwin, and Hobart. To ensure Christmas delivery, orders to or from these locations must be placed by 12th December.
Click & Collect
Place your Click & Collect order by 10am on Tuesday 24th December, and we’ll have it ready for pickup at your nearest store within 5 hours.
Please note that orders placed after this time may not be ready before Christmas.
Uber Fast Delivery
Place your Uber Fast Delivery order by 3pm on Tuesday 24th December and receive it within 2 hours for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Service Update
From 25th – 28th December, Click & Collect and Uber Fast Delivery will be temporarily unavailable and will resume on Sunday 29th December.
Australia
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, with Standard or Express delivery selected at checkout.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $350.
For orders under $350, a standard shipping fee of $11 will be added at checkout.

We offer free express shipping for orders over $350 AUD.
For orders under $350 AUD, a shipping fee of $30 AUD will be applied at checkout
All orders are sent via DHL Express on an overnight service. For rural or regional areas, please allow an additional 24 hours.

We offer express shipping at a flat rate of $50 AUD.
Your order will be sent on an express DHL service with an expected delivery time of 3–5 business days.

Duties & Taxes
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees imposed rests with the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Incu in order to receive a refund.
