Established in 1987 by fashion designer Jean Touitou, A.P.C. is known for its relaxed and minimal approach to design. Crafted from English technical fabric with a water-repellent wax coating, the Gaia Coat is a relaxed, below-the-knee coat featuring a classic collar, snap neck flap, raglan sleeves, side pockets, and a back vent.

Established in 1987 by fashion designer Jean Touitou, A.P.C. derives from Atelier de Production et de Creation, and is known for its relaxed and minimal approach to design. First launched as a menswear only collection in response to the "loud and gaudy" mood of the time, a shift in women gravitating towards masculine dressing lead the Kenzo ex Designer to begin developing womenswear.
