Loyalty Program — Terms of Use
Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions of the Incu Loyalty Program. By joining or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms and any additional terms incorporated by reference.
Please note that:
1. Loyalty Program Membership
The Incu Loyalty Program is offered by Incu Pty Ltd (ABN 18 099 484 527), 110 Dunning Ave, Rosebery, NSW 2018, Australia, to customers making purchases and to potential customers on incu.com, and in stores.
Incu will extend certain perks and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may be extended from time to time. These terms and conditions form the agreement between you (Incu Member/Incu VIP) and Incu Pty Ltd. with respect to the program.
2. Member’s Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Incu Loyalty Program, members agree to the program’s terms and conditions, rules, and policies. Each member is responsible for staying informed about any updates to these terms.
In the event of a dispute, Incu will work with the member to resolve the matter on an individual basis. Incu reserves the right to disqualify members who breach any of the program’s terms and conditions.
3. Company’s Right to Change/Cancel Program
Incu reserves the right to alter, limit, modify, or terminate the Incu Loyalty Program, its structure, features, or these terms and conditions at any time and in any manner at its sole discretion.
Where changes materially affect member benefits (such as tier criteria, available discounts, or point value), Incu will provide members with reasonable notice before those changes take effect. Your continued participation in the program will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
4. Membership Eligibility
The Incu Loyalty Program is open to Australian and International residents. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.
Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Incu, in its sole and absolute discretion.
5. Membership Enrolment
Individuals can enrol by creating an account online at incu.com or in-store. The member must provide information accurately and completely when creating an account.
Incu reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrolment procedures.
Members should promptly advise Incu of any changes to their personal account contact information, such as name and/or email address, by visiting incu.com and updating their account.
6. Marketing & Promotional Communication
Incu will communicate with members via email, SMS, and other channels regarding special promotions, offers, tier status updates, eligibility for benefits, and program changes.
Please note that even if you opt out of marketing or promotional communications, Incu may continue to send non-marketing or transactional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relationship.
Incu is not responsible if you do not notify us of any change of contact details, which may result in you not receiving a benefit or the loss or downgrade of your loyalty tier.
7. Data Privacy
Incu may collect and use personal information provided through the Loyalty Program to deliver benefits, personalised marketing, and improve customer experience.
For full details, see the Incu Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your personal data.
8. Returns
Returns must be made in accordance with Incu’s return policy. Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to tier status from the original purchase will be deducted from the member’s account.
If a return results in the member’s eligible spend dropping below the $2,000 threshold required for VIP status, their VIP tier will be revoked. An individual will be re-eligible for VIP status once they reach the required $2,000 spend again.
9. Eligible Purchases
Purchases of merchandise - after promotional offers are applied and before shipping charges - made at incu.com or in stores, count towards your tier status. Gift card purchases will be applied to the purchaser’s tier level earnings; however, the redemption of a gift card does not contribute to tier level accumulation.
Additional items may be excluded from tier level accumulation at the discretion of Incu.
10. Tier Status
Incu Loyalty Program tier status is based solely on a customer’s amount spent using the email registered with their loyalty account at incu.com. Members will earn points with every purchase - for every $1 spent, members will receive 1 loyalty point.
All customers will begin their Incu Loyalty journey on 0 points when creating a new account. Past purchases will remain attached to the account they were originally made with and cannot be transferred to another account. If you require account merging, please reach out to our Customer Care team to enquire - however, this is not guaranteed, will be managed on a case-by-case basis, and Incu Pty. Ltd. retains the right to decline account merges at its discretion.
The current Incu Loyalty Program tiers are outlined below. Please note, tier structures and point accumulation rates are subject to change. Any material changes will be communicated in advance where applicable.
Tier 1: Incu Member – 0 to 1,999 points
Tier 2: VIP – 2,000+ points
Members can access up-to-date information about their current tier and entitlements within their online account page under the ‘Loyalty Program’ section.
For more information on the benefits, please visit our Incu Loyalty Program FAQ page.
11. Valid Email Address
A current, valid email address is required to be eligible for certain benefits, offers, and updates. Members must notify Incu of changes to their email address by updating their account online. Members may reset their password as needed.
12. Right to Revoke
Incu reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member and/or any benefits if, in its sole discretion, a member abuses any program privileges, fraudulently uses the program, fails to comply with these terms and conditions, or earns benefits through deception, forgery, or fraud.
13. No Transfer
Incu Loyalty Program benefits and rewards may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned, or traded, including by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the member’s account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
14. Program Benefits and Details
All benefits offered through the program are subject to change at Incu’s discretion.
Once a member achieves VIP status, they are eligible for a 10% discount on full-price items only. Sale items are not eligible. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout before shipping is calculated. Please note that this discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts unless approved by Incu Pty Ltd.
VIP status is valid for 12 months from the date it is earned. To maintain VIP status beyond this period, members must spend a minimum of $2,000 within the 12-month period. If the minimum spend requirement is not met, the member will be downgraded to Incu Member tier, and the 10% VIP discount will no longer apply. The member will need to reach the spend threshold outlined in Section 10a again to regain VIP status.
15. Intellectual Property
All program designs, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases, product names, and any associated intellectual property are owned by Incu Pty Ltd.
