Native New York cool girl and Parsons graduate Sandy Liang launched her namesake label in 2014. Inspired by the Lower East Side, Manhattan dressing and Chinese grandmothers, Liang never shies away from an unexpected silhouette. Crafted from taffeta, the Freda Skirt is cut to a mini-length and is complete with a reflective logo at the back.
