Founded in 2009 by designer David Keyte, Nottingham-based Universal Works is dedicated to crafting "real honest menswear" with high-quality fabrics and classic fits. Drawing from the founders' own experiences, the brand pays homage to a variety of workwear and subcultural influences. The label's widest pants, the Dutch Pants, are designed with stitched down front darts to create the shape without the bulk. Featuring buckle waist adjusters to cinch the waist and finished with simple rear patch pockets.
