When Emily Adams Bode founded her eponymous menswear label, Bode (pronounced Boh-dee), she did so with the intention of expressing a sentimentality for the past through her creations. Through the study of both personal narratives and historical techniques, Bode is able to create clothing which is a bold collision of modern workwear silhouettes and female-centric traditions like quilting and mending. The Morning Glory Embroidered Short Sleeve Shirt is inspired by a souvenir tablecloth from Eastern Europe circa 1970's. It features an embroidered floral pattern, wing collar and button down closure. Wear with the Relaxed Jeans and derbies to accentuate this vintage look.
