When Emily Adams Bode founded her eponymous menswear label, Bode (pronounced Boh-dee), she did so with the intention of expressing a sentimentality for the past through her creations. Through the study of both personal narratives and historical techniques, Bode is able to create clothing which is a bold collision of modern workwear silhouettes and female-centric traditions like quilting and mending. The Seedstitch Pullover is inspired by a sample knit sweater from the 1960's and features a horizontal knit stripe and removable fish broach. Finish the look with the Wide Leg Painter Pants and some derbies.
